On my journey as a Playmaker, I've discovered that producing and arts leadership are deeply creative endeavors that draw upon and develop multiple skill sets. The two most fulfilling aspects of this work are: 1) the envisioning and subsequent shepherding of a project from nonexistence to fruition, and 2) the rallying of community through and around the event of live theatre.
